Craig Martin

Craig started his DJ career in 1989, playing at private parties, clubs & bars across London & the South East, holding long-term residencies at venues such as Adlib, Storm, Churchills (Southend), Yates, Walkabout & Hot Shots chains & numerous other independently owned venues including Red Eye, Champs. Futures, SE8, Club SL, Frog & Nightgown, Biba’s, Bradleys, Marlowe’s to name a few.

He is an experienced radio presenter having gained a wealth of experience presenting on many radio stations including Juice FM & Starpoint during the early / mid-90’s.

He stepped back from the club scene in 2008, but returned to the airwaves in May 2016 to present a Saturday show on an Essex-based local community dance music station playing commercial & upfront house, dance, & club classics.

Now at Shine 879 every Sunday from 12 noon following a 2-year spell @ Streetsounds Radio and a short 2 month stint @ UnityDAB in 2022.

He can also be seen in clubland again representing the station at various events and also performs at selected private parties and events.
